What's so bad about talmudism, atheism, sodomy, or idol worship? The
problem we are faced with
today is that people are unwilling to even attempt
any sort of harmonic existence. It's MY way or NO
way. Ignorance and
arrogance is reason #1 why the rest of the planet hates Americans. Just a
little tolerance
and acceptance would go a long way in just about any
historical atrocity. Adolf Hitler could have learned a thing
or two from
Albert Einstein. David Duke, I'm sure, has eaten peanut butter, or used a
typewriter at least once
or twice. I'd be willing to bet that women and
minorities would make up the same percentage in the workplace and
salary
class as white men if they had been given the same opportunities and
education. If you weren't such a biggot,
you'd realize that homosexuals are
the same as the rest of the heterosexual community, except, that they have
different
sexual habits (which has no bearing on what kind of person they
are... which you'd realize if you gave yourself a chance
to get to know
them). Just because they're homosexual doesn't mean your anus is in
jeopardy of being infiltrated.
Atheism is no different than Christianity,
Buddhism, Islam, Judaism, or any other religion. It's what the individual
believes
to be true. There really is no way to prove any theory, so that
question is unanswerable. The Atheist is not
trying to tell YOU to stop
believing in your man in the sky, so where do you get off forcing your
beliefs upon him?
The biblical definition of idol is a false god. So,
here, again, you claim that YOUR god is the correct one, and
whoever
disagrees is guilty of idolatry. And as for communism, well... it obviously
has some flaws, but that doesn't
mean that some aspects of communism aren't
worth adopting. If every major city had a casino or two (which reportedly
earn
over $1M / day), there would be no more shortage of cash for the
education system! In some instances, state-owned
business can be
successful, and when run correctly, can benefit a large number of people.
The wisest man can always
learn from anyone. The fool learns from noone.
We could adopt or modify traits of socialism, communism, and representative
democracy.
There would be no war on drugs. The prisons could be full of
violent offenders instead of flower smokers. We
could end poverty by
closing the social class gap. We could end racism, and everybody would
finally have a legitimate
shot at success. We could end violence
everywhere... if we could just look for the similarities in people, rather
than
the differences.
